2. Scope of Services

Duverion provides comprehensive legal assistance throughout the apartment acquisition process, including document preparation, contract review and negotiation support.

2.2 Information Products

Our digital guides and templates offer step-by-step explanations on legal procedures related to apartment purchase.

2.3 Goods

Physical materials such as printed checklists and reference booklets designed to accompany our services and information products.

3. Booking and Settlement

All service engagements require fee settlement prior to initiation. Settlement for information products and goods is completed through our online process.

4. Reimbursement Policy

4.1 Services

Clients may request to reschedule a booked appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. If a request is made within this timeframe, Duverion will issue a reimbursement of the fee via the original settlement method within 14 days of acknowledgment. Requests submitted less than 48 hours prior are non-reimbursable due to preparatory work undertaken on your behalf.

4.2 Information Products

Duverion offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of access. To request a reimbursement, contact us via contact form. Upon approval, the reimbursed amount will be processed within 10 days to the original source.

4.3 Goods

Unused goods may be sent back within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain in original condition. To initiate a send-back process, contact us via contact form. Once received and inspected, Duverion will issue a reimbursement within 10 days using the original settlement method.

5. Non-Reimbursable Services

Certain expedited filings, third-party liaison or bespoke consultancy sessions that incur nonrecoverable external charges are strictly non-reimbursable. This ensures coverage of administrative and third-party commitments made on your behalf.

6. Modifications

Duverion reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
